(Job 11:6 KJV)
"And that he would show thee the secrets of wisdom, that they are double to that which is!
Know therefore that God exacteth of thee less than thine iniquity deserveth."
(Ezra 9:13 KJV)
"And after all that is come upon us for our evil deeds, and for our great trespass,
seeing that thou our God hast punished us less than our iniquities deserve,
and hast given us such deliverance as this;"
(Psalms 103:10 KJV)
"He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities."
(Psalms 78:38 KJV)
"But he, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, and destroyed them not:
yea, many a time turned he his anger away, and did not stir up all his wrath."
(Isaiah 57:16 KJV)
"For I will not contend for ever, neither will I be always wroth:
for the spirit should [ would ] fail before me, and the souls which I have made."
God Promised That His Chastisement Would Not Be So Harsh
That It Would Destroy His Children :
(Isaiah 43:2 KJV)
"When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee;
and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee:
when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned;
neither shall the flame kindle upon thee."
The Bible Says That Messiah's Objective Would Be To Save People.
(Isaiah 49:6 KJV)
"And he said, It is a light thing that thou shouldest be my servant
to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel:
I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles,
that thou mayest be my salvation unto the end of the earth."
(Acts 13:47 KJV)
"For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying,
I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles,
that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth."
In Keeping With Messiah's Ultimate Goal,
The Bible Says He Would Not Be Harsh Or Unfair :
(Isaiah 42:3 KJV)
"A bruised reed shall he not break,
and the smoking flax shall he not quench:
he shall bring forth judgment unto truth."
(Matthew 12:20 KJV)
"A bruised reed shall he not break,
and smoking flax shall he not quench,
till he send forth judgment unto victory."
The "Bruised Reed" And "Smoking Flax" Represent People Who Are Suffering.
In The Above Passages, Isaiah & Matthew Were Saying That
Messiah Would Be Judicious, Discerning, Caring And Compassionate.
